- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Armstead is just simply terrible! I'm on disability and have Medicare and have to pay a $150 Copay for an MRI. I only make $1,027 per month. I do not have Medicare. He would not treat me until I paid for $150 for MRI. I cannot even afford a payment plan for one. My Copay to see him is $40 every visit. My rent is $550 (not including utilities, groceries and medicine). Do the math Doctor, the money is not there. I gave lots of current x-rays and an MRI from 1.5 years ago. But, he doesn't care about his patients pain. Only the money he gets.December 08, 2016by Patricia Snow
